30-Day Refund Terms
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a refund, you must provide the delivery date, proof of purchase, and return of the product in the same condition you received it; returns will not be accepted for products that have been installed, are no longer in their original packaging or condition, or are missing accessories or pieces or have been damaged not due to our error.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@hermitlux.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Defective Returns
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@hermitlux.com or by giving us a call at 852-6723-9361.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order as long as we have not started the shipping or delivery process. To cancel an order, please contact us at info@hermitlux.com or 852-6723-9361. We will refund your product purchase price as well as delivery, shipping, and service fees.
If we have started the shipping or delivery process, you will need to initiate a return by following our return policy.
