Unfortunately, we have learnt that you have experienced some problems with our products. I am deeply sorry for this and sincerely apologise to you for our shortcomings.
I completely understand how you feel. Our repair team is ready to help you solve the problem. Although your product is out of warranty, we are still willing to provide repair services. According to our repair policy, out-of-warranty repairs will be charged a repair fee of $60. This includes the replacement of the damaged part and the labour service fee. We guarantee that we use high quality parts and that the repair will be carried out by experienced technicians.
